What we can help with

Sizing questions, a misprint or a damaged item, an order that has gone quiet, or anything that just looks wrong. If something arrived misprinted or damaged, tell us within 30 days and we'll replace it at no cost.

We're parent volunteers, not a call center, so give us a day or two. If it's about a specific order, include the order number from your confirmation email and it will go a lot faster.
