When will I get my order?
Every item is printed just for you when you order. Printing takes 2–5 business days, shipping another 3–5. Most orders arrive in about a week to ten days, and you'll get tracking by email the moment yours ships.
What size should I get?
Every product page has a size chart with real garment measurements. The reliable trick: grab a shirt that fits well at home, lay it flat, measure chest width, and match it to the chart. Between sizes? Size up — Bruins grow.
Can I exchange or return a size?
Because everything is printed to order, we can't do size exchanges — please double-check the chart before ordering. If something arrives misprinted or damaged, email us within 30 days and we'll replace it free.
Where's my order?
Check your tracking email first (look in spam for "shipping confirmation"). If tracking has stalled for more than a week or something looks off, email us and we'll chase it down.
Is this a fundraiser?
No. Prices are set to cover printing, shipping overhead, card fees, and the website — that's it. This is spirit wear organized by BA parents for BA families.
Do you ship anywhere?
Yes — grandparents in other states can order Bruins gear too. Shipping is calculated at checkout.
